How to use Youtube Cards
Recently, YouTube released a new feature called YouTube Cards. This feature is similar to the previously available Annotations; it allows you to display links to videos, playlists, websites, and more. Unlike Annotations, YouTube Cards have a more aesthetically pleasing design on both desktop and mobile devices—a feature that many YouTubers have long awaited. With this feature, you can add images, titles, links, and calls-to-action to your videos.

How to add YouTube Cards to a video
- Go to the Video Manager and click the “Edit” button on the selected video.
- Click “Cards” in the menu, then click “Add Card.”
- Choose the type of card you want to use.
- Add an image, link, or video to display on the card.
- Click “Create Card.”
- The position of the card can be adjusted using the slider below the video screen.
It’s quite simple, right? You can add up to 5 cards per video. Just be sure to leave enough space between the cards so they don’t overlap.
