Job Description

Develop and execute social media strategies to strengthen brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately drive conversions and sales.
Create and manage editorial content across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Ensure content aligns with the brand’s voice, tone, and target audience.
Analyze and measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to enhance strategy.
Manage audience interactions and foster positive online communities.
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Work collaboratively with the design, content, and marketing teams to produce high-quality, engaging content.

Job Requirements

2-3 years of experience in social media strategy, content marketing, or a related role.
Experience handling multiple brands or clients.
Strong proficiency in English (verbal & written).
Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills.
Proven experience in crafting social media campaigns and managing engagement.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Creativity and initiative to keep up with the latest social media trends.
Basic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar) are a plus.
Strong understanding of branding theory, especially in social media application.
Good knowledge of creative visual principles to ensure engaging and cohesive content.
Understanding of marketing strategies and how social media integrates with broader business goals.
Preferably based in Jabodetabek.
